The magic again lies in the design—it’s stunning, sinuous, it is beautiful as it is purposive.
From a broad range of cuts ranging from 34 to 154 square meters, none of Royalton’s units are quite alike. Unit cuts and sizes give a whole new meaning to variety, and the use of space can be decided on and done to the detail based on the owner’s preferences. Right across Estancia, the progress of Royalton’s construction is what appears most prominent.

Of the three towers, the launch of Maven was the one met with most enthusiasm by the happy crowd of twenty- to thirty-somethings all looking for a place that expresses who they are.
